- glaucoma suspects (oc htn, suspicious onh but NO damage to onh/rnfl/gcc and normal vf) they probably should be:  pre-glaucoma  in the assessment and encounter.  if you've gone to the effort of doing gonio then you can specify open angle, borderline low or high risk.
